Guitarist Tokutaro Hosoi, who also performs as a member of the jazz collective SMTK, has released his first full-length solo album with Tavito Nanao and Yoshihide Otomo as featured guests. With jazz at it's core, Hosoi infuses musical elements of folk, jazz, and soul into complex and intricate arrangements, creating a mellow and lush storytelling world in a catchy and experimental manner.
