The present date has the wonderful Sarah Vaughan backed by a jazz trio formed by Sir Roland Hanna on piano, Richard Davis on bass, and Percy Brice on drums. It was recorded in Los Angeles in early 1961 for a series of public service radio programs called "The Navy Swings," but although they were aired live, all of them are studio recordings.
