This slice of Louisiana deep Southern soul has taken on a life of it's own since Dave Godin included it on his first "Deep Soul Treasures" CD, and the single has shot up to well over three figures in value. In 2021 the song is the subject of a cover version by the-name-to-drop Lady Blackbird and we felt it was about time that it was reissued in it's original format.
