The second album by Finnish psychedelic rock formation PERMANENT CLEAR LIGHT, mastered by EROC (ex-GROBSCH NITT ). 'Cosmic Comics' will be released as a Digisleeve CD and as a green colored vinyl edition on SULATR ON (both formats are limited to 500 copies worldwide). The Finnish formation PERMANENT CLEAR LIGHT around the guitarist and multi-instrumentalist MARKKU HELIN already advanced to high hopes of the Scandinavian psychedelic scene with their debut album 'Beyond These Things', which was released in 2013 and received brilliant reviews. After various singles and EP releases (e.g. on the British label FRUITS DE MER RECORDS), the trio, completed with ARTO KAKKO (drums, bass, guitar, keyboards) and MATTI LAITINEN (vocals, synthesizer & percussion), now presents 'Cosmic Comics' (s )a brand new long player. On this album, which is characterized by atmospheric mellotron and fuzz sounds, psychedelia, progressive rock and neo-sixties pop merge into a harmoniously enchanting masterpiece of the genre.
