Formed in 2014, an R \x26 B band living in Osaka. With its roots in black music, Groove, which mixes into one while making the most of each individuality, continues to pursue sounds that only four people can produce, fascinating listeners. The band name was STREET LIVE in the form of a band before their debut, and it might have caused a loud noise to the neighborhood. Therefore, we named it Neighbors Complain, which means neighborhood nuisance.
