Victim Of Love was a sharp left turn in the storied career of Elton John. After the commercial success of A Single Man, Elton (no stranger to the dance floor) decided in 1979 to embrace the disco boom and record Victim Of Love. Recorded with Pete Bellotte and Thor Baldursson (Giorgio Moroder's right hand men), Victim Of Love is the only Elton John album in which he had no hand in writing or playing on. It has, of course, become a much-loved cult album. 180-gram vinyl.
