Originally featured on her third album 'Mignonne' (released in 1978) and arranged by Ryuichi Sakamoto, '4:00 A. M. ' was ranked as the most streamed Japanese song from the 1970s according to Spotify's 2023 announcement. For this single release, a re-edited version tailored for 7-inch vinyl has been included, with cutting handled by the world-renowned Bernie Grundman. The B-side features 'Jajama Musume,' which was originally released as a single in 1978. This is a fully limited-edition pressing.
