Bloodthirsty Butchers Banging The Drum
Formed in Sapporo in 1986, Bloodthirsty Butchers, who continued to reign as one of Japan's leading rock bands, recorded three titles during their time at Columbia (2004-2005) for the first time on record day. When thinking about the jacket that bothered me besides the song, I thought about the fact that Mr. Yoshitomo Nara had come to see the Bloodthirsty Butchers live many times, and that Hideki Yoshimura himself had a book by Mr. Yoshitomo Nara. An album with artwork that was offered and realized by connecting many points of contact with each other. When I actually visited Mr. Yoshitomo Nara's atelier and saw the work drawn on top of the lyrics of banging the drum in the material, it was hard to express how I felt. Feeling the expansion and conviction of being given, it is engraved in the history of the band as a memory that cannot be forgotten. LISTEN:https://open.
