Benedikt Montiel Mathews Electric Works

Electric Works marks the debut of Frankfurt producer and multi-instrumentalist Benedikt Montiel Mathews and the inaugural release on the newly launched Jazz Montez Dance label. Developed out of a year-long internship at Jazz Montez, the album distills Benedikt’s diverse influences mainly techno – into seven original tracks that merge the precision of electronic production with the depth of live instrumentation.
Two exclusive remixes round out the release: Kabuki with saxophonist Fabian Dudek delivering a jazz-driven reimagining, and Lauer shaping a club-focused interpretation. Electric Works is a statement of intent from an artist set to expand Frankfurt’s sonic landscape.
