It’s no secret that Tommy Emmanuel has a deep love and admiration for The Beatles and each of its' members. Emmanuel recored John Lennon’s classic song “Imagine," because he felt the world needed some imagination and peace right now. He also wanted to do something special for retailers who are suffering from the current pandemic, so he is making the Limited Edition Imagine 7 in. record an "exclusive item" to music retailers for 2020. Emmanuel arranged and produced this song, and he added re-recored one of his own classic songs, "Since We Met†as the B-Side to this release. This is the first time “Since We Met†has appeared on vinyl. This album is Catalog No. 9 for Emmanuel’s record label - CGP Sounds, and it comes out on what would be John Lennon’s 80th Birthday.
