Singer and Grammy winner Mario "Mayito" Rivera, known as the "Mick Jagger of Cuba," is a prominent ambassador of Cuba's unique musical sound. Rivera, a multi-talented artist renowned for his sharp sense of style, is an idol among the youth and a highly respected poet of the rumba. He was a member of the legendary supergroup Los Van Van for many years and has collaborated with top names in the Cuban music scene, such as Isaac Delgado and Alberto Alvarez, before joining THE SONS OF BUENA VISTA®. He also delivered outstanding musical interludes in the film "Musica Cubana - The Sons of Buena Vista."
