It’s nearly FIXXMAS time again and pioneering new wave rockers the FIXX are back with a very rare 12-inch 45 RPM vinyl single of the holiday anthem “Winter’s Time”. Produced by Nick Jackson, “Winter’s Time” is a poignant song examining where we all are and how far we’ve come. It’s backed with “Someone Like You”, produced and mixed by longtime FIXX collaborator Stephen W Tayler, it’s a classic sounding FIXX composition that highlights the band’s familiar, legendary style. Both songs were mastered for this limited vinyl release at Abbey Road Studios in London.
