SUGEY is the debut Latin Pop - R&B solo album of Colombian artist Sugey Torres through Dynamo Productions. Created under the artistic direction and mentorship of acclaimed singer-songwriter Noel Schajris, member of the iconic duo Sin Bandera, the album marks a turning point in Sugey's career as she introduces her voice and vision to the world stage.
At 29, Sugey brings more than fifteen years of artistic experience to her first solo project. A versatile performer, she has stood out as a dancer, singer, and actress in major cultural and television productions. Her career highlights include starring in Carlos Vives' music video El Mar de Sus Ojos, joining his Más Corazón Profundo tour, and performing on popular shows like Yo Me Llamo and La Voz Colombia.
Her path as a singer includes collaborations with producers such as Juan Pablo Vega and artists like Salomón Beda, Kurt, Manuel Medrano, and Santiago Cruz. She has also given her voice to soundtracks for series broadcast on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and national television, and achieved global recognition as the singing voice of Luisa Madrigal in Disney's Oscar-nominated film Encanto.
In recent years, Sugey has toured more than 20 countries as a backing vocalist for Grammy-winning vallenato star Jorge Celedón, bringing Colombian music to international stages and participating in several of his recordings.
