This autumn will see a new Netflix Bernstein biopic, directed by and starring Bradley Cooper. Alongside Bernstein's own music, Cooper revealed to the Smartless podcast hosts last year that as part of the biopic, the titular character will be seen conducting Gustav Mahler's expansive Resurrection Symphony. On this occasion, Deutsche Grammophon will now release Bernstein's reading of the 2nd Symphony on 2 LP gatefold.
