Everyone Dies In Utah Seeing Clearly
First thing’s first: No, they’re not from Utah. This Texas metalcore band, formed in 2008, found a statistic that indicated the death rate in Utah usurped all other states at one point, and called themselves “Everyone Dies In Utah†as a joke. As you can see, the joke stuck. Everyone Dies In Utah may have started with a joke, but their music’s fun and sincerity has attracted a loyal fanbase over the years. The band take pride in being accessible to their fans and tour extensively so they can create deeper connections with them. They’ve shared the stage with and have toured with well-known names like Memphis May Fire, The Color Morale, labelmates Alesana and Suicide Silence. Everyone Dies In Utah’s debut Tragic Hero Records full-length Seeing Clearly has withstood the test of time, remaining a fan-favorite since its 2011 release. Bearing that in mind, for the record’s 10th anniversary, Tragic Hero Records pressed the album on vinyl for the first time. A first-revealed orchid color variant sold out within an hour, prompting the release of a second, translucent blue variant to satiate demand. Now, Tragic Hero is debuting a black vinyl variant exclusively for retail distribution.
