Ennio Morricone Veruschka Original Soundtrack
Veruschka is a 1971 film directed by Franco Rubartelli and starring Veruschka Von Lehndorff, who was married to the director at the time. Veruschka was one of the first 'supermodels' ever, and was able to enjoy international fame thanks to Rubartelli, who was mainly a photographer rather than a cinematographer. This sentimental drama, in which the actress impersonates herself, sees a magnificent Morricone in a lounge / orchestral mood, once again accompanied by Edda Dell'Orso's unmistakable voice and Alessandro Alessandroni's Cantori Moderni choir. At the time, only one 45 rpm was released with the songs 'Veruschka' and 'Poesia di una donna', while the remaining recordings have been released more than 20 years later; this exclusive and limited edition of this soundtrack recovers several songs among those that remained unpublished at the time. Audio remastered from the original tapes, with a new artwork, on clear yellow vinyl.
