With their 6th studio album "Sting", Emarosa leave their post-hardcore roots behind, opening the door to a new world full of catchy pop-rock sounds. On "Sting" the band consolidates their atmospheric post-rock elements with a musical approach that can be understood as a US-based answer to The 1975, convincing old and new fans with funky elements in between electronic beats, an 80's vibe and modern alternative rock, dominant synthesizers and e-drum beats. "Sting" opened a new chapter for the Kentucky-based band and is now available on a limited new multicolour picture vinyl, now additionally including their cover track "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)".
