A 'Hammond B3 Hero' for his 1966 Makin Waves LP, The Perfect Circle cemented his music legacy as a 'Godfather of Bay Area Funk'. The Perfect Circle band is most known for their Bay Area Funk (San Francisco/Oakland) sound a geographically unique fusion of funk, jazz, soul, & folk, & rock akin to bands Tower of Power and War.
