Witthüser & Westrupp joined forces in June 1969 to a folk duo with psychedelic impact. (like Incredible String Band and Syd Barret) These recordings have been made in 1971 while their very successful tour through more than 100 German churches to present songs from their 3nd album "Der Jesuspilz", that was as based on the book " The Sacred Mushroom and the Cross" by John Marco Allegro.
