Subtle, elegant, ethereal, poetic ... These adjectives do not describe this album, or this duo of brothers. What adjectives would describe it? Listen to Sgt. Papers' 3rd album, SGTP, and find out for yourself. Sgt. Papers, is a DIY duo formed in 2017 by brothers Iván and Felipe GarcÃa, originally from the city of Hermosillo in the heart of the Sonoran desert. That same year the band released 'Sgt. Papers Lonely Psych Punk Band', their first independently released material. This kickstarted a fruitful series of dates around Mexico and the US. Later, in 2019, 'Me Hiciste BrujerÃa', their second album, came out and opened the doors to international festivals. At the same time, both Felipe and Iván actively participate as promoters, producers and performers in other projects in the musically fertile Sonora, where artists such as Señor Kino, Ed Maverick and Margaritas Podridas have found fame.
