Lee Ranaldo In Virus Times

Composed by Lee during the pandemic, In Virus Times is an acoustic instrumental piece that will be released as a 1-sided LP with an etching on the B side. The cover is a beautiful photo by Lee’s friend, the great Brazilian photographer Anna Bogaciovas. Originally released as part of a collaboration with Lucien Jean for Le Presses du Reel, the music was featured on a mini CD that accompanied a book that featured 2 short stories. Lucien Jean (1870-1908) is the pseudonym of Jean Dieudonné, son of a workman, friend of Charles-Louis Philippe, Georges Valois and Gressent. He is the author of tales, short stories and small essays. The vinyl release features slightly different audio to original piece.
