Alabama native, Drayton Farley, went from bedroom recording in 2021 to his Grand Ole Opry debut in just 2 years. Drayton's new LP, A Heavy Duty Heart, is a meditation on love + risk, in Farley's signature style of emotional honesty. The album, solely written by Farley and produced by Sadler Vaden (Jason Isbell) is an extension of his signature sound and evolution as an evocative songwriter. Drayton has toured w/ Willie Nelson, Dwight Yoakam, and Ryan Bingham, inspired by John Prine and Bob Dylan, Drayton is one of the great American songwriters of his generation.
