Phobia Effect Presents: Coil - Time Machines
With an eternal visceral love for Coil, Phobia Effect releases a revisitation of the album Time Machines, in a new version mixed and remixed with original sounds, without distorting the basic concept of the album. The development of the tracks is very interesting, an apocalyptic and haunting ambient, but also healing and relaxing, a whirlwind journey to the edges of time, with powerful bursts of pure energy and a consensus of magical and timeless sounds. John Balance says "Telepathine is one of the constituent compounds of Yage, the complex hallucinogenic Shamans drink that can be brewed in as many ways as there are Shamans. I think Telepathine was on of the first to be identified as being present in the brew and as one of Yage's powers is to bestow telepathy on participants thats how it got its name." The whole record has something special and presents several parallel dimensions in its central matrix, an exercise for the mind, a warm accompaniment to the esoteric natural that with its evolutions lets glimpse fragments of modernism and ancient at the same time.
