Nerve Agents Days Of The White Owl
Days Of The White Owl was a landmark release for The Nerve Agents. The band added guitarist Zac Hunter, formerly of Santa Cruz, CA's cult favorites FURY 66, and bassist Dante Sigona who brought a darker, almost goth element to the band's sound. Now their early hardcore sound took on influences from 45 GRAVE and SUBHUMANS forming something truly unique, featuring walking, discordant bass lines, eerie piano, and guest vocals from AFI's Davey Havok. With Days Of The White Owl in tow, the band's shows became a place where all were welcome. Straight-edge kids, street punks, goths, and everyone in between were drawn to THE NERVE AGENTS live appearances, which now were taking place on bigger stages in and around the Bay Area and Southern California with bands like AFI, TIGER ARMY, 7 SECONDS. And THE EXPLOSION, and around the country as they played New York's iconic CBGB and other venues on the East Coast and Midwest. 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of Days Of The White Owl and is now available for the first time in a gatefold jacket with a full-color obi and includes a 20-page booklet featuring photos, flyers, and writings from both scene luminaries and casual fans of the band, showing THE NERVE AGENTS deep connection and reverence to all who they touched. Includes the bonus track 'Bitter Seed' that was originally on the Sessions Records comp The Way It Should Be and has been unavailable either physically or on streaming since it's release in 2001.TRACK LIST SIDE A 1.
