Mophono whose recent tracks on DJ Shadow's label and collaborations with, Gaslamp Killer and Dabrye have put him firmly in the upper echelon of left field beat scene. With his new single "Outer Brain" he punishes the drums into a jazz funk dancefloor frenzy lead by tenor saxaphone going wild over feverish breaks. The B-side features a flip entitled by Brain Child with Mophono joined by DJ Lean Rock and B. Bravo that gives the original a wavy update.
