Jeremy Pinnell OH/KY
Jeremy Pinnell grew up in Northern Kentucky just south of the Ohio River, where the towns are equal parts Southern hospitality, Northern attitude, and Midwestern charm. As a kid he sang in church and learned how to play the guitar with his dad, and as he got older he figured out he wasn't just carrying a tune; he could really sing. When Jeremy sang, the room got quiet. Heads turned. At 18 he left home and began writing and singing country music. His voice made him a hometown hero but his demons kept him a secret to the world. OH/KY Tells the story of the next 18 years of Jeremy's life, and it's a damn good story. It has all the things people love to read about. And most of all, it's a true story that's been recorded in the most honest way possible. The album was cut live over the course of three days at Iron Wing studio located in the small town of Covington, KY.
