Amongst others, it features work by Michel Legrand, Elmer Bernstein, John Barry, Andre Previn and John Williams himself. All the work on this album is conducted by Williams and performed by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. It also features exclusive liner notes from well-known film critic, musicologist and professor Royal S. Brown, presented on the back of the sleeve.
