SCHWARM (Martinou Remix)
I get deep, I get deep, I get deeper… Martinou dives into SCHWARM on a rush of finely sculpted sound winds, drawing you in before lifting the track into a glowing, hypnotic trancy arpeggio. Gentle yet powerful, it shimmers between intimacy and euphoria — a slow-burn dream state that quietly takes over.
Digging through old Gmail threads reveals that Martinou and Harald Björk trace their connection back to 2008, listed as “friends on Myspace.” Mysterious forces must have sent these two sound travelers down separate paths — coincidence, fate? We’re glad to see the connection finally re-established.
In recent years, Martinou has blossomed fully, delivering a steady stream of releases on Nous’klaer, Turbo Recordings, Mule Musiq, as well as Studio Barnhus and his own imprint, Sewer Sender.
SCHWARM (Sniper Mode Remix)
2025 marked the revival of German techno giant Gregor Tresher’s electro alias Sniper Mode — starting on the acclaimed label Rawax and culminating in a full-scale double 12” album on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings, with more to come in 2026. Tresher and Björk first crossed paths in 2020 as colleagues within the Cocoon empire, a connection that later led to Björk appearing on Tresher’s own imprint, Break New Soil.
Under Sniper Mode, Tresher strips things back to a driving 808 electro framework — haunting stabs, hypnotic pads, and a locked-in groove. Minimal, clean yet deep, the production carries the precision of an artist repeatedly crowned Producer of the Year in Germany’s leading music polls, delivering an electro journey where both bass and highs are dialed in just right.
ALUCO (Revisited)
As winter returns, so does the owl — revisiting old territories, nesting, settling to breed. A cycle of tradition, repetition, and progression, where the art is maintained even as new beginnings emerge.
Label boss Harald Björk opens the season with a 2026 rework, a Revisit of the much-appreciated Cocoon Recordings release ALUCO. The track remains a vivid, stuttering, atmospheric melodic techno journey, rooted in Harald’s legacy of glitchy minimal percussion and steady, heavy 4/4 bass drums.
Shaped through repeated plays in Harald’s own live sets and heard in clubs through sets by Ida Engberg and John Digweed, ALUCO now returns in an even more stripped form — expanded atmospheres, deeper space, and a stronger pull into a hypnotic state of trance.
ALUCO (AD Remix)
Stockholm is a network of islands stitched together by bridges, and its electronic music scene mirrors the same living structure — an ever-growing mycelium stretching from the underground to the main stages, from outskirt warehouses to Södermalm’s dirty waterholes to uptown Stureplan.
AD is the deeper cast of Alexi Delano, a creative visionary who has quite literally walked these bridges since the dawn era of Swedish techno, the days of Hybrid and SVEK. Returning from New York, it didn’t take long before Delano and Björk crossed paths somewhere in the Stockholm night, and collaboration followed naturally.
Alexi Delano takes ALUCO into the nocturnal city: passing cars on lit highways, murky alleys where dubby echoes cling to subway concrete, contrasted by wide horizons and burning sunsets over the frozen waters of Riddarfjärden. This is Stockholm — cold as ice. Put on your warm coat and walk with us. You’ll love it too.
All tracks are part of the 12” vinyl SCHWARM REMIXES, featuring Alexi Delano, Martinou, and Sniper Mode, out May 2026 on Kranglan Broadcast.
