DECORATE. DECORATE. are back with “Swerve of Atoms”, their long-awaited full-length album marking the band’s triumphant return to the alternative rock scene. After more than fifteen years, the original lineup reunited with keyboardist Kristian Nygaard Olsen (formerly of Oh No Ono, Christian Hjelm) and teamed up with producer Brian Batz at Grapehouse Studio to craft a collection of songs that blend poetic post-punk with symphonic rock textures.

The album captures the energy of their reunion shows, including a sold-out performance at Loppen, where 400 fans witnessed Decorate. Decorate.’s return to the stage. With the signing to Target Records, the band has found the ideal partner to bring “Swerve Of Atoms” to Danish audiences and beyond, reaffirming their position as a vital force in modern rock.

Formed in 2007, Decorate. Decorate. quickly shook the Danish alternative rock scene with razor-sharp, symphonic soundscapes and electrifying live performances. In a time dominated by MySpace, the band went from obscurity to topping the legendary Det Elektriske Barometer for eight consecutive weeks, while playing Roskilde Festival, Ungdomshuset, and venues across Denmark. Their initial career ended just three years after they first picked up their instruments, leaving a lasting imprint with a poetic, post-punk-infused legacy.
The reunion brought the original members back together, reconnecting with their roots while embracing a matured, refined sound. “Swerve of Atoms” marks a bold new chapter in their enduring musical journey.

I 2007 væltede Decorate. Decorate. den alternative rockscene med sylespidse, symfoniske lydlandskaber og hæsblæsende koncerter. I en tid hvor Myspace dominerede musikformidlingen gik bandet fra at være komplet ukendte til at toppe hedengangne Det Elektriske Barometer i samfulde 8 uger, spille Roskilde Festival, Ungdomshuset og landets spillesteder i en hæsblæsende og alt forkort karriere. Den sluttede blot tre år efter, de første gang greb instrumenterne og tog ladegreb medderes poetiske version af postpunken.
Og nu er de endelig tilbage!

Efter mere end femten års hiatus mødtes det oprindelige orkester med keyboardist Kristian Nygaard Olsen (tidligere Oh No Ono, Christian Hjelm etc.) i enighed om at spille en reunion-koncert på
Loppen. Og efter at have spillet for 400 lydhøre publikummer på et sveddryppende og eksalteret spillested, kunne de mærke, at Decorate. Decorate. havde mere at byde på. Siden har de forenet sig med producer Brian Batz og Grapehouse Studio, hvor de formet den kommende fuldlængdealbum SWERVE OF ATOMS.
