Butterfly Black Blackpop

Grammy winner Ben Williams, and Sarah Vaughan Vocal Award recipient Syndee Winters have combined forces to create an irresistible blend of disco, soul, and pop influences in their duo, *Butterfly Black*. Their debut LP, BLACKPOP, features 11 tracks that showcase their electrifying approach, evoking the sounds of iconic artists such as Rufus & Chaka Khan, Marvin & Tammi, Alex Isley, Silk Sonic, Solange, Prince, and Michael Jackson. The duo co-wrote and co-produced this special project, which evokes feelings of love, unity, and the celebration of community. Williams and Winters sought to fully showcase their passion for the legacy of great Black pop music, it's rich cultural heritage, and it's relevance today.
