Ashe Save Myself
'Save Myself' follows the global hit success of her previous single 'Moral of the Story', which, following a high-profile placement on the Netflix film, To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, has achieved over 280 Million streams globally, has become RIAA certified Gold in the USA, and is climbing radio charts around the world. The newly released, re-imagined version featuring pop superstar Niall Horan came out on 17th June, and has already accumulated more than 18 million streams and was featured on 29 New Music Friday playlists. Ashe describes 'Save Myself' as the precursor to 'Moral of the Story' instead of the follow up. People say there are five stages of grief; I wrote 'Moral of the Story' in the fifth stage of grieving my relationship: acceptance. 'Save Myself' (although, written post Moral) is about my second stage: anger. It means the world to have a chance to express the anger I felt in a healthy way, cause whether we like it or not, our anger demands to be felt and let out. 'Save Myself' was produced by Jason Evigan, (credits include Maroon 5, Madonna, David Guetta, Demi Lovato) Big Taste, (Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert, Madison Beer) and was mixed by Manny Marroquin (Pink, John Mayer, Shakira, Rihanna).
