Barbra Streisand’s highly anticipated new album, The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume 2, will be available everywhere on June 27, 2025. For this new collection of duets, Barbra collaborated with a stellar group of friends, contemporaries, admirers, and label mates to share the microphone on eleven tracks. The album serves as a long-awaited follow-up to 2014’s #1, Platinum-certified duets collection, Partners. The new album brings together timeless talents, each with their own unique vocal styles – ranging from Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan and James Taylor, to Sting, Hozier, Sam Smith, Seal and Josh Groban. Country star Tim McGraw, and jazz influenced chanteuse Laufey, also lend their unique styles to their duets, and a powerful all-star trio, featuring Barbra joining forces with Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande, is also included on this album.

TRACKS II: THE LOST ALBUMS are seven unheard Bruce Springsteen records made between 1983–2018. Featuring 82 previously unreleased songs, Tracks II: The Lost Albums fill in chapters of Springsteen’s expansive career timeline, while offering invaluable insight into his life and work as an artist. “The Lost Albums were full records, some of them even to the point of being mixed and not released,” said Springsteen. “I’ve played this music to myself and often close friends for years now. I’m glad you’ll get a chance to finally hear them. I hope you enjoy them.” From the lo-fi exploration of LA Garage Sessions ’83, serving as a crucial link between Nebraska and Born in the U.S.A., to the drum loop and synthesizer sounds of Streets of Philadelphia Sessions. Tracks II: The Lost Albums offers unprecedented context to 35 prolific years of Springsteen’s songwriting and home recording. “The ability to record at home whenever I wanted allowed me to go into a wide variety of different musical directions,” Springsteen explained. Throughout the set, that sonic experimentation takes the form of film soundtrack work (for a movie that was never made) on Faithless, country combos with pedal steel on Somewhere North of Nashville, richly woven border tales on Inyo, orchestra-driven, mid-century noir on Twilight Hours and E Street favored rock on Perfect World. Tracks II: The Lost Albums is available in limited-edition nine-LP and seven-CD formats, including original packaging for each previously unreleased record, with a 100-page cloth-bound, hardcover book featuring rare archival photos, liner notes on each lost album from essayist Erik Flannigan and a personal introduction on the project from Springsteen himself.

Frankie Cosmos’ sixth album, Different Talking, is their most refined yet—a reflective indie-rock record exploring memory, aging, and identity. The NYC-based band, led by Greta Kline, weaves together fragments of the past with a fresh, present-day clarity. Known for her sharp songwriting, Kline softens her tone here, embracing the imperfect nature of human experience. Rather than a return to earlier sounds, the album acknowledges the impossibility of recapturing youth while honoring its lingering influence.

Gelli Haha exists somewhere between Studio 54 and Area 51, where dancefloors become playgrounds and cheeky aesthetics ignite imagination. A shapeshifter, a sonic acrobat, a performer with one foot in the cosmos and the other in a slapstick routine, Gelli Haha is a space for pure creative chaos. For her opening trick, Gelli Haha presents Switcheroo, the debut album via Innovative Leisure, to be released in June 2025. With a shared taste for off-kilter pop and vintage gear, producer Sean Guerin (of De Lux) joined Gelli in turning freshly-formed demos into a high-voltage experiment, abandoning meticulous structure for something freer and more electrifying. Every song on Switcheroo makes use of a myriad of recording toys; wacky analog effects, such as the Eventide Harmonizer, MXR Pitch Transposer, and various Electrix units, fashion an intentionally flawed and strictly silly texture throughout the album. Gelli Haha’s music thrives on duality: playful but profound, tongue-in-cheek but sincere. “Bounce House” is the child-like innocence; “Spit” is the S-words-only underground-club grit. “Piss Artist” revels in tequila-fueled storytelling about an infamous party moment (involving a jar — don’t ask, just dance), while “Normalize” feels like you’re stuck in Play-Doh. It’s a practice in play - recording vocals mid-jump, translating drum fills into mouth sounds, granting your best friend’s wish for a song about them. A bear attack crashes through the happy-go-lucky “Dynamite”, “Funny Music” ends with a sudden “BONK!”— because why not? The emotional rainbow stretches beyond the positive — Gelli pouts and wails on "Tiramisu", demanding to know and feel everything, while "Pluto is not a planet it’s a restaurant" closes the album in a darker, heart-throbbing track with the repeated cry: "I’m afraid." Switcheroo is the soundtrack to the Gelliverse, a sensory adventure sphere created by Gelli. This live revue is an invitation into a world of dolphin balloons, flutes, mini trampolines, and a stage bathed in the project’s primary color, red - bold and full of mischief. Gelli Haha isn’t foolproof. It’s by design. Switcheroo is an exercise in letting go, an inside joke turned theatrical spectacle. Participation is encouraged. Surrender is required.

Juan Wauters’ ‘MVD LUV’ is more than just an album—it’s a homecoming. For the first time in his career, Wauters has recorded a full-length project in his birthplace of Montevideo, Uruguay, embracing the city’s rich musical traditions while continuing to push the boundaries of his distinctive songwriting. A love letter to both his roots and his present, ‘MVD LUV’ brings Uruguayan sounds to the global stage, incorporating candombe and murga rhythms into Wauters’ signature fusion of folk, pop, and experimentation. Having spent much of his career in the United States, Wauters has long carried the dual identity of immigrant and native son. With ‘MVD LUV’, he set out to bridge those worlds, capturing the essence of Montevideo’s streets, homes, and communal spirit. The album was recorded in various locations across the city, from his own studio to sidewalks, rooftops, and the homes of featured musicians. This approach lends the project a raw authenticity, making Montevideo itself feel like an active presence in the music. With ‘MVD LUV’, Juan Wauters presents a vibrant, heartfelt exploration of place and identity, creating an album that feels both deeply rooted and universally resonant. This is a record that doesn’t just introduce listeners to Montevideo—it invites them to feel at home within it.

Matthew Herbert and drummer/ vocalist Momoko Gill announce the release of new album Clay via Strut in June 2025. A soulful, elastic collaboration, Clay treads nimbly between the dancefloor and the more introspective moods of the early hours, both reminiscent of Herbert’s iconic album Around The House while taking off in a compelling new direction. Agile and open-hearted, Clay is a thrilling, sonically adventurous record from two of the UK’s most forward-thinking artists. Orbiting around Herbert’s fleet-footed productions and the ingenuity of Momoko Gill’s dexterous, melodic writing, Clay is at once stripped-back and rhythmically complex, drawing on a variety of found sources - from japanese kotos to basketballs - to give the sound an unmistakably organic feel.

In 1976, the seminal lineup of Motorhead was solidified a year after the band's initial inception. The "three amigos" era of Motorhead; Lemmy (bass/vocals), Fast Eddie Clarke (guitar) and Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor (drums), joined forces and began their extraordinary journey to the top of the hard rock elite. In August of that year, the band set up at Emerson, Lake & Palmer's legendary Manticore Studio in Fulham to rehearse and showcase their new lineup. Now, 49 years after recording there for the first time, the long-lost tape has been discovered, dusted off and restored in all its raw glory to celebrate the band's 50th anniversary.
